RESOLUTION NO. 99

Series of 1996

 

APPROVING THE IMPOSITION OF THE REVISED

RECONNECTION FEE

 

 

                         WHEREAS, under Res. No. 13 dated October 16, 1996, The Board confirmed the imposition of the new reconnection fee in the amount of ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P 1,000.00) effective January 1995.

 

                        WHEREAS, taking into consideration the appeal of the Sangguniang Bayan of Sagay as indicated in its Res. 96-034 dated February 14, 1996 for reduction of the above fee, Management of recommended the imposition of a revised reconnection fee under the following schedule effective upon approval.

 

                                                            First Offense - 500.00

                                                             2ND/Suceeding Offense - 1,000.00

 

                         NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly made and seconded, the Board RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to approved the imposition of a revised reconnection fee under the following schedule, effective upon approval:

 

                                                            First Offense - P 500.00

                                                            2nd/Suceeding Offense - 1,000.00

                                                            Subject to the following conditions:

 

 

                         The P 500.00 reconnection fee shall apply only to disconnected concessionaires who have paid to P 1, 430.00 application fee and those who already fully paid their meter deposit prior to disconnection, and

 

                         Disconnected concessionaires who did not fully pay the meter deposit shall have to pay the P 1, 000.00 reconnection fee to cover the cost of the meter and other necessary expenses for service connection. If partially paid, the P 1, 000.00 shall be accordingly reduced.
